Every government job opening releases a notice mentioning it will include a written examination, which will determine your eligibility for your position and call you for an interview. Nevertheless, as far as the private sector is concerned, you have to attend several interviews in their various branch offices to get your hands on the job.
In fact, the government division does not fear job loss due to recession. There was a time when the central and state Government were our country’s most prominent entrepreneurs, but the situation seems to change.
In general, it is difficult to obtain a government job because several candidates apply for a specific position, which are generally open to all India, and applicants apply from across the country, making the competition difficult. Therefore, the examinations must be properly prepared.
Start deciding where you’d like to see yourself in the next few years, if you are optimistic and want to climb the ladder rapidly, you are not made for the government job. You can only go for the private sector when you are a quick learner, and your focus is advancement.
Ultimately, it’s an individual’s frame of mind that makes a good or bad job. With a different attitude and qualities, a person can select any field, but the inclination towards government jobs has increased. So before choosing an alternative, you must examine your needs, interests, and caliber.
